**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, and assist with sales inquiries in a retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere - Process transactions accurately using the cash register - Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Restock merchandise on the sales floor - Conduct product demonstrations when required **Skills:** - Ability to sell products effectively - Proficiency in English; Spanish or bilingual skills are a plus - Experience in electronics, jewelry, or technical sales is beneficial - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of stock management practices If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a retail setting, and possess the skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this position.
